18th Annual Gagetown Meet & ANB Awards Gala

This Saturday (November 25th, 2017) marks the 18th annual Gagetown Track & Field Meet. This will be the first indoor track competition of the season in New Brunswick and will set the tone for the indoor season. Atlantic Cross Country Championships Recap

On Saturday, Centennial Park in Moncton was host to the Atlantic Cross Country Championships! It showcased some of the best cross country talent from the Atlantic provinces. The athletes who were 5 and under ran a 500m race, on the girls side Ella Lablanc won with a time of 3:16.93, second was Audree Roy with a time of 3:17.40 and third place went to Leah Friel with a time of 3:18.83. Atlantic University Cross country Championships Set for this weekend

This Saturday,  Acadia University will be hosting the fastest runners of the Atlantic Canadian varsity circuit this Saturday, October 28th at the Atlantic University Sport (AUS) cross-country championship. NBIAA Provincial Champs Recap

The NBIAA Cross Country Championships took place yesterday in Charlo with 227 of the province's best high school distance runners competing. This year's championships was the first to feature the new distances, with all junior athletes running 4 kilometers and all seniors athletes running 6 kilometers.  Athlete of the Month

Athlete of the Month (October 2017): Laura Dickinson. Miramichi native Laura Dickinson took on her first road race of the fall season, winning bronze in the New Brunswick Half Marathon Championships at Legs For Literacy. Laura's time of 1:22:35 broke the 15 year old provincial record in the under-20 category! Laura also won the Miramichi Cross Country Race #2 overall with a time of 19:02.
