Canada Games Selection Trials – Team New Brunswick

Athletics New Brunswick is pleased to announce the Canada Games Selection Trials for Team NB ahead of the 2025 Canada Summer Games.

🟢 Main Trials
📅 July 5–6, 2025
📍 Saint John, NB
Held as part of the NB Outdoor Championships

🟢 5000m & Combined Events Trials
📅 June 21–22, 2025
📍 Moncton, NB (Stivos Cup)

⚠️ Important Information:

  • Athletes must register in the Canada Games system (GemsPro) by May 31st, 2025 to be eligible for selection

  • This step is mandatory due to tight administrative timelines

  • Registering in GemsPro does not mean you've made the team — it simply ensures you are considered

  • You will also need to register for the meet itself at a later date
