ANB Coach Development Series: Biomechanics of Jumping

Join us on June 23rd at 8:30pm ADT for our third installment of ANB's Coach Development Series: Biomechanics of Jumping, led by Steve LeBlanc (ChPC). Coaches, athletes, parents, and other sports alike will benefit from this session by learning how the proper biomechanics of all aspects of jumping can make all the difference in overall performance.

 

This session is open to all members and non-members of Athletics New Brunswick, and is free of charge.
