ANB Launches Coach Development Series

Posted on Apr 25 2021

Athletics New Brunswick is excited to announce the launch of our Coach Development Series for all coaches and athletes, within ANB or any other organization looking to learn more about many aspects of our sport, from biomechanics of running, jumping and throwing, to returning to sport and managing expectations.

The first presentation in the series will be offered by Steve LeBlanc (ChPC), ANB's High Performance Director and head coach of Universite de Moncton's track and field and cross country programs on the Biomechanics of Running. This presentation will cover everything from the basics to the high performance aspects of running biomechanics and how to best maximize speed development through our biomechanics. This presentation is great for ALL sports, as increasing speed is paramount in sport. The presentation will be a combination of speaking and sharing with coaches from around the province and beyond.
