Call for Host Clubs: 2025 NB Cross-Country Championships

Athletics New Brunswick (ANB) is seeking expressions of interest from clubs interested in co-hosting the following championship event in partnership with ANB, in accordance with Policy 3.0:

Event: 2025 New Brunswick Cross-Country Championships (ANB Crown)
Date: Saturday, November 1st, 2025
Proposal Deadline: Tuesday, August 26th, 2025, at 5:00 PM ADT

How to Apply

Interested clubs must submit a proposal to anbserviceprovider@gmail.com using the application form provided on page 2. If applying to host multiple events, please submit each proposal in a separate file.

Registration Revenue Split

60% to Host Club
40% to ANB (includes $2 ANB fee)

ANB will provide registration services, championship medals, a championship banner, and one lunch meal per day of competition. Host clubs retain all additional revenue (e.g., sponsorships, gate receipts, etc.).

Proposal Evaluation Criteria

• Proposed location (city, venue)

• Competition plan (including any special features or activities)

• Estimated number of registered athletes

• Estimated registration revenue

• Number of host-club volunteers (excluding officials)

• Number of host-club officials

• Number of non-host-club officials

• Details of what will be provided to officials (meals, beverages, rest area, etc.)

All proposals must be submitted by August 26th, 2025 at 5:00 PM ADT. Successful clubs will be required to complete a post-event survey regarding officials and event operations. ANB will also provide a post-event report.

Thank you to all clubs for their interest in hosting. Once selected, host clubs will be announced directly and shared with our membership via www.anb.ca, Facebook, and Instagram.
