Vringer Signs NIL Deal

In a historic first for our province, Erin Vringer of Saint John, NB has signed a Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) deal. The 22-year old University of Utah athlete has signed with Hoka, sponsor of a growing number of Canadian track and field athletes.

This past outdoor season, Vringer set a U23 provincial record in the 800m (2:05.02), and U23 and Open records in the 5000m (15:13.80). She was named to Team Canada for the NextGen European Tour, competing in both Belgium and Portugal. Erin has since returned to Salt Lake City, Utah to race her final year of NCAA cross country and track and field.
